On March 24, 2021, China’s Ministry of Education released the Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education. Our app is developed in full alignment with this new standard, while also retaining the full vocabulary of the previous HSK.
Under the new framework, HSK 3.0 introduces the advanced Levels 7, 8, and 9. Although the overall vocabulary size for HSK Levels 1–6 remains largely stable, the vocabulary distribution across each level has changed significantly. For more details, please read this article.
