自2025年6月9日起，中方对沙特、阿曼、科威特、巴林持普通护照人员试行免签（miǎn qiān, visa-free）政策，有效期至2026年6月8日，允许其因经商、旅游观光、探亲访友、交流访问或过境，停留不超过30天可免签入境。
Starting from June 9, 2025, China will implement a trial visa-free policy for holders of ordinary passports from Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The policy will be in effect until June 8, 2026, allowing entry without a visa for stays of up to 30 days for purposes such as business, tourism, visiting family and friends, cultural exchanges, or transit.
至此，适用单方面免签政策来华国家增至47个。加上2018年已与中国实现全面互免签证的海合会成员国阿联酋和卡塔尔，中方已实现对海合会国家免签“全覆盖”。
With this expansion, the number of countries eligible for China’s unilateral visa-free policy has increased to 47. Including the UAE and Qatar—both Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states that achieved full mutual visa exemption with China in 2018—China has now achieved full visa-free coverage for all GCC countries.
