HSK 3.0 will begin pilot exams on January 31, 2026, at selected test centers worldwide. The pilot will cover HSK Levels 1–6 across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Oceania. Test takers will receive official score reports.

1. Registration Dates and Payment

Registration must be completed online at www.chinesetest.cn.
Please select January 31, 2026 as the test date.

Payment

  • Test centers in mainland China: online payment

  • Seats are limited; unpaid registrations are invalid

Admission tickets can be printed from the personal account about 10 days before the exam. Candidates must bring the admission ticket and a valid ID on exam day.

2. Test Format

Both paper-based and computer-based exams are available.
The format depends on the selected test center.

3. Test Centers

Pilot test centers are selected mainly from 2025 Outstanding Test Centers.

4. Test Fees

HSK 3.0 service fees follow the structure below:

HSK Levels 1–6 are offered.
Levels 3–6 must be registered together with the corresponding Speaking Test.
